The formal part

TECHVIEW SRL, Rue de Linthout 122, 1040 Etterbeek, is the controller for the personal data processed on this site.

The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, email address, company, message, and the fields of the path you chose. Nothing else identifies you; the site runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

That data serves one purpose: reading your message and answering it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and the legitimate interest of ordinary business correspondence.

Messages are delivered by Resend (email delivery) and abuse is limited through Upstash (rate limiting on a hashed, truncated network address; the raw address is never stored). Both act as processors under GDPR terms.

Correspondence is kept for as long as the exchange it belongs to stays relevant, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

The site sets no tracking cookies. It uses the browser's session storage for two technical flags, the intro animation and the scroll position, which never leave your device.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or erase your data by writing to contact@techview.be. Requests are answered within thirty days.

If you believe your data is mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
